Estate Checker ("we," "us") makes a Chrome extension that analyzes real estate listings. This page explains what data the extension and its backend handle, and what we don't do with it.

What the extension reads

Estate Checker runs only on real estate listing sites you actively visit (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, Auction.com, Foreclosure.com, and Trulia). It reads the publicly visible listing data on those pages — price, address, square footage, and similar fields — to calculate a deal score. This happens locally in your browser. We do not read pages outside these sites, and we do not read your personal browsing history.
